All Depot repairs are completed by a Sr.
Technician. We have over 20 years experience repairing printers
and terminals. Printers/terminals are thoroughly tested before
returning them to you. Repairs carry a 90 day warranty.

Ithaca Model 150 Series- Flat rate $125.00 +

To send your item in for repairs:
Please remove any removable skins (covers)
from the printer. Pack the printer in a cardboard box using
bubble wrap (no peanuts). Include your name, company name, phone
number, address and problem description with the printer.

Repairs are normally completed within 3 days
of receipt. Once your printer/terminal repair is complete you'll
be contacted with a total, including freight. Your printer/terminal
will be shipped back to you using UPS.
